Hillary Sharp Dimitri is an Associate Attorney working in the firm’s Miami office. Her practice focuses on domestic and international disputes, including complex commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on matters relevant to Latin America.

Overview

Prior to joining Sanchez Fischer Levine, Hillary worked at an AM Law 50 firm, representing a variety of clients in matters relating to domestic disputes, international arbitrations, enforcement of foreign arbitration awards and money judgments in the United States, and 28 U.S.C. § 1782 petitions. She began her legal career at an AM Law 200 firm, where she represented clients in Florida’s state courts and developed her prowess as a litigator. These experiences fortified her commitment to work as a tireless advocate for her clients in a variety of adversarial arenas.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Hillary’s fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian break down language barriers and allow her to connect on a cultural level with her international clients. Hillary leverages her unique multicultural insight to not only expand the range of the firm’s legal services, but also to devise innovative legal strategies that are both effective and forward-thinking.
