Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP is excited to announce the addition of Senior Counsel Michael De Simone to its Complex Commercial Litigation team. Michael is a veteran litigator with over thirty years’ experience, with tenures at some of the nation’s top ranked law firms, including an AmLaw 10 firm. Michael has also worked within the in-house department of one of the country’s largest non-bank mortgage servicing companies, and at a “Big 4” accounting firm.
Michael’s practice focuses on class action defense, complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and real estate litigation. He routinely defends putative class action cases alleging violations of federal antitrust laws, data breaches, and violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Licensed to practice in both Florida and New York, Michael will assist SFL clients facing litigation in both the state and federal courts in those jurisdictions.
