Zaharah Markoe is a partner at Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP. She is an experienced complex commercial litigator with international experience. Zaharah’s practice is focused on the areas of commercial litigation, internal investigations, and international arbitration. Her clients include major corporations, high net worth individuals and families, and small businesses. Zaharah practiced in state and federal courts in New York for over a decade before moving her practice to Florida.

Zaharah is a litigator and trial attorney with broad experience over two decades that includes practice with one of the top international law firms (AmLaw 100). Over the course of her career, Zaharah has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigations in state and federal courts in Florida and New York. She has substantial experience in matters related to the financial services industry and cross-border matters.
Prior to joining Sanchez Fischer Levine, Zaharah was counsel at local and international law firms where she represented high-net worth individuals, small businesses, and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation, including class actions. Before entering private practice, Zaharah served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, New York, where she was assigned to the Appeals Bureau, handling all post-conviction relief matters in state appellate courts and the United States District Court.
