Spencer has handled cross-border business disputes, contract and tort claims, and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights before state and federal courts throughout the country. Known for his client-centered approach, Spencer is adept at managing complex cases that demand both strategic legal insight and practical business solutions.
Spencer’s work in commercial litigation has earned him recognition as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers as well as a One to Watch by Best Lawyers. Additionally, Spencer was named as a 2025 “40 Under 40” Award Recipient by the Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section.
Prior to joining Sanchez Fischer Levine, Spencer represented individuals and companies in civil litigation at one of Florida’s largest law firms, where he gained extensive experience navigating multifaceted commercial disputes.
A proud “Double Gator,” Spencer earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. During his time there, he became an accomplished journalist, reporting for WUFT, the local PBS and NPR affiliate.
