SFL partners David Levine and Alexander Fischer triumphed in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court when they prevailed in a million-dollar proceeding supplementary seeking to, among other things, void two fraudulent transfers made by the judgment debtors to an offshore trust. Following the decision, SFL then obtained an order awarding its client reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection with the case, and scored an additional victory in the appellate court which denied the judgment debtors’ stay of execution pending appeal.
SFL’s commercial litigation division offers a wide range of services, including representing judgment creditors in complex post judgment collection proceedings in state and federal court that often touch upon intricate international litigation issues.
