SFL partners Alexander Fischer and David M. Levine recently prevailed in a domain name dispute before the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center, obtaining an order granting their corporate client its desired domain name. WIPO, located in Geneva, Switzerland, concluded the opposing party “registered and used the Domain Name in bad faith under the Policy” and that its “conduct runs afoul of the above-quoted Policy.” WIPO resolved the matter in SFL’s favor and awarded the domain name to SFL’s client.
