MIAMI — Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP and RC Law, LLP have formed an alliance to better serve their international clientele, and to provide a unified, dual-firm approach to addressing the growing demand for complementary transactional and litigation services. The alliance commemorates a collaborative venture between the two firms that is designed to expand their reach, footprint, and legal capabilities. As part of the alliance, lawyers from each firm will enjoy of counsel* relationships with each other.
The alliance will offer a wide-ranging repertoire of practice areas, including corporate law, complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, finance and venture capital transactions, real estate, employment, corporate and regulatory compliance, white-collar criminal defense, and corporate investigations. Collectively, the firms will operate out of their U.S.-based offices in Miami, Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, and New York City, and will continue to maintain a presence in Orlando and Lima, Peru. Each team includes bi-lingual and multi-lingual lawyers who are collectively licensed to practice in several coveted jurisdictions, including Florida, California, New York, Illinois, Washington, D.C., Colorado, Spain, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru.
“We are excited to work alongside the RC Law team. Not only are their lawyers a pleasure to work with, but they are also well-credentialed, experienced, and talented,” said David M. Levine, co-founding partner of Sanchez Fischer Levine.
RC Law is a law firm with decades of combined experience advising clients on large-scale domestic and international corporate, finance and real estate transactions, complex commercial agreements and on compliance matters, including corporate governance, anti-corruption and export controls, which they mostly acquired working at the New York or Miami offices of prominent international law firms. It maintains an impressive client list, including well-known international entities in the telecommunications, entertainment, education, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, energy, construction, and financial services sectors. RC Law’s corporate transactions practice focuses on cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, early stage and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. Their real estate practice offers a broad range of representation, from residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions to asset acquisitions with a real property component, including hotel purchase/sale transactions.
“We have worked with Sanchez Fischer Levine for quite some time and have been impressed with the quality of their work,” said Xavier Ruiz, founding partner of RC Law. “Most importantly, we have established that we share professional values, the same approach to client servicing and the same eagerness for excellence,” he added.
