Allison Gonzalez
Associate Attorney
Allison S. Gonzalez is an Associate Attorney at Sanchez Fischer Levine, based out of the firm’s Miami office. Her practice is focused in the areas of complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Allison brings a unique perspective to her work, often handling cases involving Spanish-language contracts and documents, and leveraging her fluency in Spanish to advocate for a diverse client base.

Overview
Allison has successfully represented clients in high-stakes business disputes in both state and federal court. Her experience spans a broad range of matters, including fraud-based claims, business torts, domain name disputes, and administrative proceedings involving consumer protection and regulatory compliance. A key part of her practice also involves participating in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association. With a practice grounded in commercial litigation, Allison is known for her practical approach, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively across legal and cultural boundaries.
Prior to joining Sanchez Fischer Levine as an attorney, Allison participated in the firm’s summer clerkship program, which provided her significant experience working within the firm’s complex litigation team. Allison earned her J.D. from Florida International University, where she was an active member of the Moot Court and Negotiation teams. She earned numerous awards for her oral advocacy and argued before the Florida Supreme Court in competition. Prior to law school, Allison received her undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Florida and graduated cum laude.
Allison was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and is fluent in Spanish.
